A ces 3 % il faut retirer la mortalité " naturelle " accidents maladies etc..
Donc ceux ayant reçus un placebo compteront avec exactement le meme taux de mortalité que les chiffres normaux. Ils n'ont donc aucun impacte sur l'etude du moment que tu retire toutes les autres morts de l'etude. ( par pourcentage )
