Marché de Rungis : au coeur de la révolution alimentaire
Face à l’inflation et à la baisse du pouvoir d’achat des Français, les acteurs de Rungis cherchent à se réinventer. Au coeur du plus grand marché de produits frais au monde, Gino se bat pour négocier et tracer ses producteurs de volailles avec un objectif : proposer un poulet plus respectueux du bien-être animal. Pour relancer la vente du bio, Louis-Marie a quant à lui eu une idée : vendre à petits prix des fruits abîmés qui, jusque-là, partaient à la poubelle. Quant à François, ex-manager d’un hôtel à Dubaï, il a de son côté créé une plateforme permettant aux consommateurs d’acheter en gros, directement auprès des vendeurs de Rungis.
