Un tribunal allemand a rendu mardi son verdict concernant les responsables du viol collectif barbare d’une jeune Allemande de 15 ans en septembre 2020 dans la ville de Hambourg, dans le nord du pays.

Sur les onze hommes initialement inculpés pour le viol collectif de la mineure - dont seulement quatre étaient techniquement allemands - deux ont été acquittés. Neuf d’entre eux ont été reconnus coupables. Huit d’entre eux ont été condamnés à une période de probation d’une durée maximale de deux ans. Un seul d’entre eux se dirige vers la prison.

Un témoin expert qui a témoigné devant le tribunal régional de Hambourg a suggéré ailleurs que le viol peut être un moyen d’évacuer la « frustration » des migrants.

L’Association des juges de Hambourg s’est dite préoccupée par « l’agitation insupportable contre une collègue qui avait rempli la tâche qui lui avait été confiée par la Loi fondamentale dans cette affaire difficile ».

Qu'est-ce qu'il y a de difficile ? Condamner des agresseurs ? ça me parait simple
