Les gars aidez-moi, je passe mon permis aujourd'hui + leçon de conduite et j'ai toujours pas dormi

La leçon de conduite est à 10h30 et le permis à 14h00, j'ai pris les 3 quart d'un lexomil tout à l'heure mais vu que ça a servi à rien j'ai pris 3 xanax là mais j'arrive toujours pas à dormir, je tourne dans mon lit depuis 3 heures, je vous en supplie aidez moi, vous avez pas des astuces ultime pour dormir ? Je stress à mort je veux pas le rater, je suis pas bien là, ou des conseils ou des encouragements au moins ?
