Step 1: Psychometric Assessment - Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test. This is a quick and effective way of highlighting the skill sets we are looking for, and will take a few minutes of your time. Detailed instructions are available on your application. A verification link has been sent to your email, please make sure to click on it to activate your account. In addition, if you are new to the company you’ve also received a temporary password, use that to access your account after verification. If you already have an account this doesn’t apply, simply use your original credentials to log in.
Step 2: English Assessment - As a Global Company, all job roles include a 10 minute audio assessment to ensure the correct standard of English we are recruiting for. If not, then it will save you a lot of time.
Step 3: Skills Assessment - This is the first part of the hiring process that is role-specific and assesses your content knowledge. This stage takes approximately 20 mins.
Step 4: Real Work Step - Similar to Step 3, this is focussed on role-specific knowledge. The questions are based on real work scenarios and are your chance to be creative and go into detail. This stage can take several hours and you should plan your time accordingly.
